Product Portfolio
Jyotika Appliances takes pride in manufacturing channels for LPG Glass Stoves and Gas Geyser Kits. Apart from that we are also involved in manufacturing of Glass & Stainless Steel Cooktops, Cooktop Parts, and Sheet Metal Parts.
Our Manpower
Consisting of both skilled and unskilled workers, the efficiency of the organization has grown from strength to strength with every passing day. The team at Jyotika Appliances consists of Production-In-charge, Supervisors, Pressmans, Spot welders, Die Makers, Tool Room Operators and Helpers.
Research & Development
We have in house tool designing department with highly technically qualified staff. Add to that, we have an in-house Tool Room for developing new Tools & Dies, along with its fixture and maintenance.
Our Machinery & Equipments
At Jyotika Appliances, we're stepping into a newer world with improved areas of manufacturing infused with state-of-the-art technology. This has aided us in delivering the best of offerings to our clients. The in-house tool room consists of Lathes, Drill Machines, Surface Grinders, tools, etc. enabling us to develop new Tools and Dies as and when required; The factory is equipped with the latest machines ranging from Power Presses, Channel Strip Beading Machines, Hydraulic Presses, Support Channels Machines, Spot Welding Machines, etc., thereby increasing the everyday production capacity of the plant.
Deliverability
Adhering to great business practices, we align with PO delivery schedule given by our production team. More than that, through the effective use of portfolio, program, and project management, we as an organization possess the ability to employ reliable, established processes to meet strategic objectives and obtain greater business value from project investments.
